Refund Policy for Ace Publishing Service

At Ace Publishing Service, we are committed to delivering high-quality publishing, eBook, and related service. However, we understand that there may be instances where our clients are not fully satisfied. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and procedures for requesting refunds.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Service were not delivered as described in the service agreement or order confirmation.
  • Significant errors or omissions occurred that cannot be reasonably corrected.
  • A formal refund request is submitted within 14 days of service delivery or completion, unless otherwise agreed.

Non-Refundable Service

Certain service are non-refundable once work has commenced or been delivered. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Completed manuscript writing, editing, or proofreading service.
  • Book formatting, layout, and cover design that has been delivered to the client.
  • eBook or print book publishing and distribution fees already processed.
  • Any third-party service or fees (e.g., ISBN registration, marketing campaigns) that have been paid on behalf of the client.

Partial Refunds

In cases where work has been partially completed, Ace Publishing Service may offer a partial refund. The amount will be determined based on:

  • The percentage of work completed at the time of the refund request.
  • Expenses incurred for third-party service that cannot be recovered.
  • Effort and time already invested by Ace Publishing Service in delivering the service.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund from Ace Publishing Service, please provide the following information via email at info@acepublishingservice.com:

  • Your full name and contact details.
  • Invoice or order number.
  • Detailed reason for the refund request.
  • Any supporting documents or evidence related to the issue.

All refund requests will be reviewed by our support team. Ace Publishing Service will respond within 7-10 business days with a determination.

Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note:

  • It may take additional time for banks or payment providers to process the refund.
  • Refunds may be adjusted for any non-recoverable costs or partially delivered service.

Exceptions
